Reflecting on my recent 10-day retreat in Turkey, it feels like I went on a soul pilgrimage — one that cracked me open and reawakened my spirit in ways I never anticipated.

A Journey Beyond the Mind

I went with the clear sense that this was a soul-calling. My logical mind couldn’t quite explain why Turkey was calling me — it was simply a knowing, a full-body “yes” that I couldn’t ignore.

And as the days unfolded on the trip, I began to understand why.

This journey was about embodiment, about truly stepping into the path I have already chosen, and holding my light and power unapologetically, and it was about grounding new frequencies into the Earth, and clearing the gridlines in Ancient Mesopotamia.

Finding Truths Within the Sacred Sites

Far away from the noise of daily life — my responsibilities, my roles, my busy schedule — I was held by nature, ritual, and spiritual sisterhood. I reconnected to sacred land that my soul remembered, and unlocked codes of remembrance from deep within my DNA. This profound journey allowed me to uncover deep truths and heal long-held wounds I hadn’t realized were holding me back to such a degree.
