The threshold looks like falling apart.

There is a particular kind of suffering that comes when you are between versions of yourself. The old identity - the career, the relationship, the role, the way you have always shown up - begins to feel too small, too constricted; like a trying to fit into a box that no longer fits, and yet the new one hasn't fully arrived.

In that in-between place, the mind calls itself 'lost'. Culture calls it a crisis. But the soul has a different name for it entirely.

It is a threshold. And thresholds, throughout every ancient tradition that ever honoured the depth of the human journey, have always been understood as sacred.

IDENTITY DEATH

The old self must dissolve before the new one can emerge.

We live in a world that rewards continuity - we play out the same story about who we are and what we do, the same version of ourselves, polished and presented, year after year. And there is a deep discomfort - sometimes a panic - when that story begins to feel untrue.

But identity death is not something to fear. In every rite of passage ever held - across cultures, across centuries - the initiate was required to symbolically die before they could be reborn into their fuller self. The caterpillar does not simply grow wings, it dissolves entirely inside the chrysalis - it becomes something unrecognisable before it becomes something magnificent.

You are not falling apart. You are coming undone in exactly the way that transformation requires.

And as this process unfolds the grief can be deep - the disorientation overwhelming. The loss of a self you built carefully and lived in for years deserves to be honoured. And within that honouring, we remember: what is dissolving was never the fullness of you. It was always just the beginning...

Your true power has always been the thing you most feared.

What I have witnessed, again and again, in the women I work with, is the closer they are to activating their true power, the more their system resists stepping into it. Not because they are weak, but because they are wise.

When I tapped into her energy bodies I could see that there was an invisible ceiling above her crown, and a deep, subconscious belief that she was not yet ready to hold the responsibility of something this impactful. That the exhaustion she carried from her day job was proof she couldn't manage more. That the project was too big, too important, too exposed for someone who hadn't yet given herself full permission to be that visible.

We called back her power and re-balanced her solar plexus - the energy centre of will, identity, and personal authority. We cleared her third eye and crown, opening the channels of clarity and divine guidance that had been clouded by years of misdirected focus. We released the energetic blocks from previous lifetimes - particularly the Atlantean age - blocks that had been placed there to keep her safe in a time when her gifts made her a target.
