You’ve gotten so good at giving… you’ve forgotten how to receive.

You hold space for others.You check in on your clients, friends, and family.You’re the one people come to when things fall apart.

And you do it all with so much heart.

But here’s the truth:

You’re exhausted. And it’s not sustainable.

I used to pour so much of my energy into helping and healing others —often for free. Especially animals in need.(Why do you think I’ve ended up with 8 rescued cats!?)

And while my intentions were pure,there was also a deeper truth I had to face:

I was giving so much, because receiving felt unsafe.

It felt easier to pour into others than to claim my own desires.

Easier to be the rescuer than to let myself be held.

Because stepping into my next level of abundance, visibility, and leadership?

That would have required me to slow down.

To get still.

To open.

To receive.

And that was terrifying.

Receiving isn't selfish, its sacred.

Somewhere along the way, I’d learned that being of service was “good,”and receiving — especially as a spiritual woman — was selfish, indulgent, or too much.

And that belief?

Is what keeps so many sensitive, powerful women stuck in over-giving and under-earning.
